Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

Yes. We supply wholesale. Just send us a brief message with what you would like and your quantity and we will get back to you with a price. We have produce wholesale jackets for many brands both in the UK and the USA. We also provide a range of other types of varsity jacket, both heavy weight and light weight, for winter or for summer.

Yes of course. We provide a tailored service for you and your team. If you are based in the UK we will meet and greet the team, provide cost details, show samples and ensure each player can try on his of her perfect size. We also provide a logo design service for teams without a logo. We will design a logo to your specification and get approval before we produce the jackets.
